Insight Tradition
Renata Malinauskas has been a dedicated Dharma practitioner for over 15 years, beginning in the Vipassana tradition and later deepening through Vajrayana, Western Insight, and non-dual teachings. She has extensive experience in silent retreat practice, both participating in and supporting long retreats, and now serves as an insight meditation teacher, leading residential retreats, daylong workshops, and courses in Australia and online. She completed a four-year Dharma Teacher Training with the Insight Meditation Institute, where she also serves on the committee.

With a professional background in somatics and trauma-informed work, drawing on modalities such as Hakomi, TRE, and Focusing, her passion lies in exploring the meeting point of psychological transformation and spiritual awakening. Her work is devoted to sharing the Dharma as a living practice of presence, inquiry, and unfolding in everyday life. Renata works as a somatic therapist in private practice in Brunswick Heads, NSW, and online.
