Insight Tradition
Renata Malinauskas has been a dedicated Dharma practitioner for over 15 years, beginning in the Vipassana tradition and later deepening through Vajrayana, Western Insight, non-dual teachings, and the Diamond Approach. She has extensive experience both participating in and managing long silent retreats, and now serves as an insight meditation teacher, leading residential retreats in Australia as well as daylong workshops and courses. Renata is the co-founder and resident teacher at Still Water Insight, where she offers programs across NSW and online. She completed a four-year Dharma Teacher Training with the Insight Meditation Institute, where she now also serves on the committee. With a professional background in somatics and trauma healing, drawing on modalities such as Hakomi, TRE, and Focusing, her passion lies in exploring the meeting point of psychological transformation and spiritual awakening, and in sharing the Dharma as a living practice of presence, inquiry, and unfolding in everyday life. Renata also works with clients in private practice in Wilsons Creek, NSW and online.
